Refund policy

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? We will do our best to make it right!  

Please note that custom apparel and accessory items are not legible to be returned since they are customised with your pet and/or name. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us and we will find a way to make you smile (please be kind and we will surely find a solution).

If your item arrives damaged or if there is a production error, it will be replaced free of charge.

Refunds (damaged items)

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item/s at hello@pawphoria.co.za with pictures of the damaged item/s. Once your refund is approved, we will ship out a replacement item (if available). If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. 

Refunds (unwanted items or wrong size ordered)

Unfortunately custom apparel items are not legible to be returned if the incorrect size is ordered, however please contact us if you are unhappy about something and we will do our best to make it right!  

Lost or non-delivered orders

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 7 business days of shipping (South Africa), please contact us and we will help you track the item, or send a replacement item. 

Stolen Packages

Pawphoria SA is not responsible for stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. Upon inquiry, we will assist with the tracking information, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
