👕 Why are the hoodie & crewneck waiting times so long?

The fabric is ordered, cut and sewn on a per-order basis. This approach takes a little longer, but allows us to offer vibrant colours and a 100% cotton garment.

❗️Customisation on scale is an elaborate process! Each customisation order is 100% unique!

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

 
1) Door Delivery
Usually 2 - 5 business days 

2) Overnight Delivery
Usually 1 - 3 business days from day of fulfillment

3) Locker Collection (PUDO)
Usually 2 - 7 business days (R75.00)

Choose your nearest locker via the order confirmation email, after placing your order 

• You have 48 hours to collect your order from your chosen locker (once it has arrived)
• Missing this deadline will require you to make a new booking via PUDO (chargeable) or collect from their hub at no additional charge
• If this happens, kindly reach out to PUDO's WhatsApp Support with your LOCK number to arrange delivery of your item
